Blanch the okra, then slice it into thin rounds. Quickly blanch the nameko mushrooms and set them aside on a plate. Cut the myoga into thin strips.

Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water, then arrange on a plate.

Top the soba with natto, okra, nameko mushrooms, grated daikon, and chirimen jako. Place the myoga strips in the center.
