1 lbcooked chicken, chopped
1onion diced
1 tchopped ginger
1 tchopped garlic
2 Tketchup
2 Tsoy
2 tpepper
2 Tlemon juice

Steps

Saute onions garlic and ginger until onions are golden

Add chicken and Saute until hot throughout.

Stir remaining ingredients together, and add to chicken mixture.

Simmer until thickened, and several over rice.
