This is a chocolate sauce that I've made often for a long time. The picture shows this used as icing on a banana chocolate mousse cake.If you won't be using it right away, put it into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 2 weeks. You can also store it in the freezer if you divide it into small portions and place into bags. Melt the amount you want to use in a double boiler or microwave.Adjust the heavy cream to the sweetness of the chocolate. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Ganache Wafers Chocolate Ganache Wafers
The Coronavirus pandemic prompted me to cook something comforting. One of my favorite cookbooks is Gina Depalma's "Dolce Italiano", for which she won the James Beard award. Gina passed several years ago from cancer, but her memory lives on in the recipes for which she became respected and beloved. This is a riff on her Chocolate Kisses (Baci di Cioccolato). I've added a few ingredients, and changed the shape. Also, I used regular cocoa powder rather than Dutch processed, so I swapped in baking soda.Let me know what you think.#CookingInCrisisLink to original recipe:https://www.cookstr.com/Valentines-Day-Recipes/Chocolate-Kisses Jim Kennedy -

Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache Cream Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache Cream
I wanted to make the chocolate ganache that is not too sweet and fits adult taste buds. This rich bittersweet chocolate flavor was the best ratio of the ingredients that I found.- Be careful to not let the temperature get too high while melting the chocolate in a double-boiler (to keep the smooth texture).- You can also use semi-sweet chocolate if you prefer.- Freeze the leftover in an airtight container or a Ziploc bag. For filling for 12 4 cm [1.6 in] macarons. Recipe by yukoz1 cookpad.japan
