Cooking Instructions

Score the pork loin.

Season with salt and pepper.

Coat the entire piece with mayonnaise.

Dredge in breadcrumbs.

Place in oil heated to 320°F (160°C). Turn several times to cook through.

Once cooked, increase the temperature to 350°F (175°C) to brown the coating.

Drain the oil, cut the tonkatsu to your preferred size, and serve.
