Steps
- 1
Put the ingredients marked with ★ into a blender or food processor and turn it on. (If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can grate them by hand.)
- 2
Slice the pork tenderloin and lightly season with salt and pepper. (The tenderloin is soft, so this is enough!)
- 3
Coat the pork with flour.
- 4
Add the beef fat and sliced garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium. Add the pork tenderloin and cook on both sides.
- 5
Add the steak sauce from step 1, turn the heat to high, and let it bubble. (Just coat the meat; don't let it simmer, or it won't have that steak-like quality!)
- 6
Place on a plate, pour the sauce over the top, and it's ready to serve!
