Serves 2-3 servings

5-6 leavescabbage
1/3carrot
1/2cucumber
4 slicesham
4 tablespoons●mayonnaise
1 tablespoon●lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons●honey
2 teaspoons●milk

Thinly slice the cabbage, carrot, and cucumber. Rub them with salt until they soften, then rinse with water and squeeze out the excess moisture.

Add the thinly sliced ham and the ● seasonings to step 1 and mix. Chill in the refrigerator before serving!
