Ingredients

Serves 3 to 4 servings

2 pieces(about 1 1/3 lbs) chicken breast (thighs are also fine)
3 tablespoonsketchup
2 tablespoonssake
3 tablespoonssugar
1 tablespoontonkatsu sauce (or medium-thick Worcestershire sauce)
About 1 1/4 inches each garlic and ginger paste

Steps

Put all the seasonings in a storage bag and knead to mix.

Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the bag. Knead to coat.

Flatten as much as possible, remove the air, seal, and freeze.

When ready to eat, thaw and cook in a frying pan. Once one side is browned, flip, cover with a lid, and cook until done.
