As mentioned in my omelette post I'm struggling with my diet. I'm at the point where I think to myself "eat now, regret later", got bored and fried up some KFC style chicken, oh and ofcourse a side of fries 😃
I felt guilty after eating this so I hopped on the treadmill! Between the sweat and tears of disappointment I lost some calories I think. ....

Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast - sliced in half and pounded
  2. Flour
  3. Pepper
  4. Salt
  5. Paprika
  6. Cayenne Pepper (did I spell that right?)
  7. Oregano
  8. Sun flower oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together

  2. 2

    Dip chicken in water then in flour mixture

  3. 3

    Repeat twice

  4. 4

    Fry chicken till cooked through. Around 3-4 minute per side

  5. 5

    Cook fries in the same oil you used for the chicken. It adds extra flavour
