  • salt and pepper
  • herbs (basil, oregano etc)
  • olive oil

  1. 1

    Cut carrot into thirds, then then cut into thin slices.

    Add some salt, pepper and herbs to taste and mix with some olive oil

    Add some oil to a frying pan and sauté on medium heat until the carrots start to brown
