Ingredients

  1. 2eggs (beaten)
  2. Halfred capsicum - diced
  3. handfulKale
  4. salmon - as much as you like

    Cook down red capsicum and kale till soft.

    Add beaten eggs till cooked.

    Slide out of the pan and add the salmon.
