I liked this simply recipe very much because it is so easy to prepare and can be taken any time for breakfast or for dinner.
Steps

Boil water in sauce pan.Add semiya to it and boil it for sometime little the semiya gets cooked. Drain the water once it is cooked and allow it to cool.

Heat oil in pan.Add peanuts roast it for some time till it turn golden then add chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and red cillies and fry them.Add hing and tumeric to it.

Then put chopped green chillies and finely chopped ginger and fry little.Add curry leaves and remove from flame.

Add lemon juice and salt to the cooked semiya and mix these tadka to it.Mix well everything.

Serve hot with potato fries.
