Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 14 ozlamb, trimmed of fat (about 400 grams)
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 1/4 cupwhite vinegar (60 ml)
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil (60 ml)
  6. 2 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  7. 5garlic cloves, finely minced

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the lamb into thin strips. Marinate with vinegar, black pepper, garlic, pomegranate molasses, and vegetable oil for 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Fry the marinated meat until cooked through.

  3. 3

    Serve with tahini sauce, pomegranate molasses, and tomatoes.
