Crispy Fried Noodles with Thick Sauce Crispy Fried Noodles with Thick Sauce
My family loves fried noodles with thick sauce but I couldn't reach their expectation. They have always hoped to have restaurant-quality dishes at home and I finally managed to make this recipe after a lot of trial and error.Fry the noodles over high to medium heat until crispy. Don't move the noodle so often while frying to brown the surface of the noodles. I recommend using two non-stick frying pans at the same time, but if using just one, fry the noodles first, transfer onto a plate and then make the sauce to pour on top. I used to think you could only get this at restaurants, but it’s surprisingly easy to make at home.Recipe background:My husband isn’t a big fan of regular yakisoba, so I tried making it with a thick sauce, and he loved it. It’s a great recipe for the end of the month when you want to save money. You can use almost any leftover veggies you have in the fridge, so it’s perfect for cleaning out leftovers. oyomeoTranslated from Cookpad Japan -

Crunchy Fried Noodles with Ankake Sauce Crunchy Fried Noodles with Ankake Sauce
My father and husband both love these noodles! I usually follow the recipe as written, but I adjust the flavor accordingly to whatever I add (ex. If onions are replaced with Japanese leeks, it'll lack natural sweetness so I add sugar, or add XO sauce, etc.)If you're going to use shrimp or squid, it's better to replace the oyster sauce for XO sauce. Depending on how many ingredients you add in, it may lack flavor, so add soy sauce (or salt) to adjust. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -

Thick Ankake Sauce for Crispy Noodles and Rice Bowls Thick Ankake Sauce for Crispy Noodles and Rice Bowls
I am properly measuring out the ingredient amounts that I've been eyeballing since they've been popular. This is surprisingly hard work. But I'm doing this not just for my friends who've requested for the recipes, but also for myself and uploading the results. In Step 13, after you add the Step 5 katakuriko potato starch flour, mix it rapidly and serve it right away on rice or fried noodles when it's just right.Since the vegetables and other added ingredients will decrease in volume quite a bit with heat, I recommend using a lot that may seem a bit too much at first.Vary this recipe by adding whatever you have in your refrigerator... Crispy Fried Yakisoba Noodles with Ankake Sauce Crispy Fried Yakisoba Noodles with Ankake Sauce
I love anakake-style dishes and oyster sauce. I wanted to season the sauce using oyster sauce.I always make this by just kinda eye-balling the measurement so it was quite difficult to create a proper recipe.-Before adding the sauce ingredients stir well first because the katakuriko tends to sink to the bottom.-You can use any leftover ingredients you have at home!-Use any meat such as mince, ham and bacon! If you serve this for your friends use a large dish to share! In that case cut the noodles beforehand. Recipe by ariatowa cookpad.japan -

I've had this udon dish a lot at my friend's house. I used to like salad udon, but this style of refreshing cold udon dish is delicious too! This is my own adaptation.Make sure to firm up the noodles in cold water, and to chill the sauce well before serving.I sometimes add a soft poached egg, grated daikon radish, or okra as toppings. If it's not a bother, marinate the cut up aburaage (fried tofu) in a little bit of the sauce beforehand - it will be even more delicious. For 1 serving. Recipe by Wanko mama cookpad.japan -
