  1. 250 gground beef and pork mix
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  6. 3 tablespoonsyakiniku sauce
  7. 3 tablespoonssake (or red wine)

Cooking Instructions

    Finely chop the carrot, onion, and garlic. Slice the scallions thinly. Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.

    Once fragrant, add the carrot and onion. When they start to cook, add the ground meat and sauté. When the color changes, add the red wine.
