Rosemary Pork Chunks: Cut the pork into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crushed rosemary. Massage and let it marinate for a while. Lavender Lemon Chicken: Chop the lavender leaves, slice the chicken, add salt, cornstarch, and lemon juice, massage and let it marinate for a while.

You can skewer your favorite ingredients (as shown on the left). Milkfish Belly: Cut the boneless milkfish belly and mix with minced garlic and rice wine.

For other ingredients, cut the corn into quarters for better contact with the skillet. Handle the rest according to personal preference. Heat the skillet, add olive oil or another oil, let the skillet absorb the oil before adding ingredients. Add a bit of margarine for aroma, or use butter if preferred. Miso Sauce: Chop or crush the dried apricots, add about 2-3 tablespoons of water to soften, then add miso, mirin, minced ginger, and slightly crushed toasted white sesame seeds (pairs well with pork). Without sauce, you can taste the meat's original flavor.
