Cut the celery leaves and stalk into pieces about 1 1/4 inches (3 cm) long.

Add the frozen clams and celery to a pot (save a few celery leaves for topping).

Sauté until the celery softens, then add 2 1/3 cups water (550 ml).

When it comes to a boil, cook the Shin Ramyun according to the package instructions.

Serve in a bowl and top with the reserved celery leaves.
