I tried putting a twist on Maruchan Seimen Chicken Paitan Ramen. The inspiration for this recipe: I had a hard avocado and wanted to find a way to eat it, so I tried topping instant ramen with it and it turned out delicious.

I tried putting a twist on Maruchan Seimen Chicken Paitan Ramen. The inspiration for this recipe: I had a hard avocado and wanted to find a way to eat it, so I tried topping instant ramen with it and it turned out delicious.

Use a package of chicken paitan flavor instant ramen noodles (such as Maruchan Seimen).

Cut the avocado into cubes. If the avocado is a bit firm, microwave it for 1–2 minutes to soften.

Slice the garlic and sauté in olive oil until crispy. Add the cubed avocado and gently toss together.

Cook the noodles and soup according to the package instructions, then pour both into a bowl and mix well with the soup powder.

Top the ramen with the avocado and garlic chips from step 3, sprinkle with black pepper, add the soft-boiled egg, and finish with a little wasabi for extra flavor.
