Finely chop the onion and ginger.

Heat a frying pan and add oil. Add the ground pork, ginger, onion, and salt and pepper. Sauté until fragrant.

Add the doubanjiang and miso, and continue to sauté.

Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chicken bouillon powder, and water. Simmer.

Cut the tofu into your preferred size and add to the pan. Simmer further.

Add the potato starch slurry to thicken the sauce, then it's ready to serve.
