Everyday there is something new in life. I just found out about Tempeh, a healthy five grain ancient product that is good for you.

Defrost Tempeh. Add oil to the pan, Add Garlic and Onions. Cook 2 mts. Add slice tomato, add green chillis and tikka masala. Mix.

Add defrosted Tempeh and cook on medium heat for 5 mts. Add half cup water and simmer for 10 mts. Tempeh is ready.

I cooked some eggplant seperately and served it with Tempeh. It was great.
