The recommended ingredient for this recipe is thinly sliced beef for grilling.

Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the zucchini and eggplant into half-moons about 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick. Cut the sausages in half.

Season the beef with salt and pepper, dust with flour, and tightly roll into bite-sized balls.

Thread the prepared vegetables and beef onto skewers, alternating for color.

Heat a griddle or electric skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Arrange the skewers and cook.

Once browned, turn the skewers over, cover with a lid, and steam until cooked through.

In a bowl, mix together ingredients [A], then add the tomato cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) cubes and toss. In a separate bowl, mix ingredients [B] to make two types of sauces.

Serve the skewers with your choice of sauce from step 7.
