Ingredients

  1. 10.5 oz (300 g)sashimi-grade tuna
  2. 1/2onion, finely chopped
  3. 3 oz (90 g)frozen avocado, diced
  4. 2hard-boiled eggs, diced
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste
  6. 1 tablespoon (15 g)olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon (5 g)garlic paste
  8. 1 tablespoon (15 g)lemon juice
  9. 1 tablespoon (15 g)balsamic vinegar
  10. 2 tablespoons (30 g)Caesar dressing
  11. 1 tablespoon (15 g)ketchup
  12. 2-3 teaspoons(10–15g) mustard
  13. Dried basil, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the sashimi-grade tuna into cubes. Mix with salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic paste, dried basil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour. Soak the chopped onion in water. Thaw the frozen avocado.

  3. 3

    Combine all the ingredients. Plate and serve.
