Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grate the garlic. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices about 3/4 inch thick.
- 2
Arrange the slices with the cut side up.
- 3
Use the back of a knife to pound the meat. Pounding makes the meat tender.
- 4
Don't worry if the meat becomes thin, as you will shape it by hand later. Pound it well.
- 5
Shape the pounded meat back to its original thickness by hand. Once shaped, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 6
Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well.
- 7
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- 8
Arrange the meat in the pan and cook. Do not touch for 2-3 minutes to prevent the juices from escaping.
- 9
Once slightly browned, flip and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
- 10
When the other side is browned, add the mixed sauce from step 6.
- 11
Cook for 1-2 minutes, coating the meat with the sauce.
- 12
Serve on a plate and enjoy.

I saw this in the supermarket. Usually, I pass it by. They have all kinds of varieties that are usually preseasoned. I opted for the “original” pork tenderloin. I don’t know what they’re putting in that seasoning. Anyway, I realized that for six dollars... I could make my sandwiches for work with BBQ pork instead of spending a fortune on deli meat... Anyway, for those of you who walked past the pork tenderloin like me, I suggest giving it a shot. Karl -

Roast Pork Tenderloin Roast Pork Tenderloin
This unconventional way to roster pork tenderloin really produces an amazingly juicy pork. It is critical to have the meat at room temperature before roasting and to have the exact weight of your roast. It's incredibly simple if you follow those two rules. You will be rewarded with a great main dish and it also makes amazing sandwiches, sliced thin with lettece, tomato and cheese! fenway -

I really love the feeling of freedom when dinner is “done” at 10am and all I have to do is return to it in the afternoon after running myself ragged all day without restraint. It’s so satisfying to come home to when I’m exhausted and starving. It doesn’t even take that much effort or time in the morning to prepare and place the food in the show cooker. I don’t know why I don’t use this thing every day. You really can’t go wrong. If I’ve been outdoors all day or feeling primitive, I’ll tell my family we are all going to eat from the same plate. It’s fun, it saves dishes, and you can get every bite from the lowest spot of the plate where all the juices are. PlainAddieJane
