I made tsukune (Japanese chicken meatballs) using ground chicken. The seasoning uses sukiyaki sauce, so it's foolproof! Recipe inspiration: Ground chicken was on sale.

In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, tofu (microwaved and cooled), and potato starch. Mix well.

Heat a frying pan and add a little oil. Shape the chicken mixture into balls, place them in the pan, and flatten slightly with a spoon. Cook on both sides until browned.

Add the scallion, cut into bite-sized pieces, to the pan and sauté together.

Pour the sukiyaki sauce over everything, coating both sides. Add the potato starch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve.
