Making besan batter in a mixing bowl adds the besan and other ingredients and mixes well. And add water gradually to make a smooth batter and make sure it should not be any lumps.onece whisked well,let the batter rest for 20 minutes.

Making aloo masala,in the mixing bowl mash boiled potatoes 🥔 and keep it aside.now in a pan,add oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chopped green chilli, ginger and hing.saute for a minute.
Now lawer the flame and add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder, coriander powder and add some water and mix well.swith off the pan and tempering into boiled potatoes.add Salt, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. - 3
Making 🍞 bread pakoda,take 2 bread slices, spread chutney on one side and tomato ketchup in another slices.spread masala on one slices and join two slices,cut into two parts and keep it aside.

Now, set oil on medium flame 🔥 for deep frying,whisk the batter once again and add hot oil and baking soda and mix it.

Coat the bread Pakoda with besan batter.

Add coated pakoda in hot oil for deep frying on medium to high flame.and fry until they are crispy and golden brown colour.

Now drain off over the wire rack and fry all pakoda into the same way.

Enjoy bread Pakoda with chutney and sauce.
