  6. 1 tablespoondry yeast
  7. 2 tablespoonsbutter (about 30 grams)
  8. 2 tablespoonssesame and poppy seeds

    Mix the yeast, sugar, warm milk, and water by hand or with a mixer. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Gradually add the egg, salt, and flour.

    Beat for a few minutes to form a smooth dough ball. Add softened butter and continue kneading for 2 minutes. Let the dough rise for 1 hour at room temperature.

    Flour the work surface and the top of the dough, then flatten it with your hands to a thickness of 1 1/2 cm. Use a cutter to cut out rounds of dough. Place the buns on a baking sheet and brush them with the egg and water mixture, then add the seeds, pressing them down with the palm of your hand.
