Crozets with Tuna, Red Onion, and Mascarpone Gorgonzola Blend

Bring a pot of water to a boil with the coarse salt.

Add the Crozets and cook for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.

While the Crozets are cooking, place the cheese in a large bowl and mash it with a fork.

Add the cream and mix until you get a smooth texture.

Season with salt and pepper and mix.

Peel the onion.

Drain the tuna.

Thinly slice the onion and crumble the tuna. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Add the onion to the bowl and mix.

Add the tuna and mix.

Drain the Crozets and add them to the bowl.

Mix well, pour into a baking dish, and smooth the top.

Bake for 15 minutes. It's ready!
