1carrot 🥕
1/3 cupchopped fresh raw mango (sweet one)
1/2 cupMung bean Sprouts (home made)
1 Tbspchopped green coriander leaves
1/4 Tsprock salt
1 pinchsalt/ as required
1/4 Tspblack pepper powder

Wash cucumber, carrot and mango.
Remove the skin of mango and carrot. Chop them also the cucumber 🥒 too.

Mix well in a bowl along with the Mung beans sprouts. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, rock salt, white salt and pepper before serving. Thanks.
