Heat mava for 30 seconds.keep aside one tablespoon mava.Add rava and milk in remaining mava.Make smooth dove and keep aside for ten minutes.

Crush coarsely dry fruits.To this add one tablespoon mava, saffron strands, cardamom powder and 2 drops food colour.Mix well.keep aside.

In a vessel take sugar and water.Make sticky syrup.

Take one medium size ball of mava flatten this add mixture of crushed dry fruits and seal all the sides.Heat refined oil in a pan and fry this batis in very slow flame till brown.

Add all fried batis to warm sugar syrup.keep for an hour and serve.
