A recipe to consume pumpkin easily.
It cannot be easily guessed that pumpkin puree has been added to the recipe.
Steps

Wash, peel and dice the pumpkin.

Boil in pressure cooker to 4-5 whistles. Cool completely and churn in mixer to form a smooth pumpkin puree.

Now take 2-3 cups of wheat flour, first. Add in salt, ajwain, haldi and chilli powder. Mix well

Add in the pumpkin puree. Mix and knead.

Note not to add any oil for 'moyan'. Knead first using the puree only. Add very little water, if required. Knead a medium stiff dough. Rest the dough for 10-15 minutes. Make portions.

Roll out puris, using drops of oil to avoid sticking. Heat oil for deep fry. Fry the puris.

Drain away extra oil. Splash hot oil carefully on the puri to puff it up well. Similarly, fry all the puris. Serve with curd, tea or any sabzi.
