First in mixer jar add rosted chana and grind it,make a fine powder

Heat a pan add oil,whet it hot add mustard seeds when it cracked add cumin seeds,hing powder and curry leaves chopped onion and add chopped shimala mirch.

Soute it for one minute,then add rosted chana powder,crushed peanuts and chill powder,turmeric powder,cumin and coriander powder,salt and mix it well.

Cover it for two minutes,then ready your shimala mirch,add desiccated coconut and garnish with coconut and coriander and serve with roti.
