Take all the ingredients for Red poha urad idli.

Take rice, whole urad, and wash it properly,

Now, soak it for 7 to 8 hrs, Now add methi seeds to it,

Now, soak red poha to other bowls. Now take a mixture jar,add soaked whole urad, idli rice, soaked red poha and Yoghurt to it, add water as per requirement, and grind all together,

Now make the idli batter and keep aside for fermentation for 5 to 6 hrs, After that, now add fruit salt and salt to taste, mix the batter, and pour it to the idli maker and steam for 15 to 20 mins,

Now red poha and urad idli is ready to serve, serve with coconut chutney.
