Drain the chickpeas water I saved to make a mayo. The other half can I used to make hash browns.

When doing with the 5 spice I lightly oiled the peas and sprinkle the powder and mixed around.
Then on a tray cooked until crisp.
Airfyer setting. 205c - 3
The next flavour was salt and pepper no oil.
Straight in the pan in airfyer on airfyer setting 205c until crisp. - 4

Eat straight away which was the case for my husband or store in an airtight container to snack on later.
