Ingredients

  • 50 gPaneer
  • 1/2 kgMilk
  • 100 gSugar
  • 3-4 Kesas thread
  • 2-3 piecesElaichi
  • 1 tspCustard powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First take 1/4 cup milk add kesar keep aside

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add milk sugar and elaichi and kesar milk boil it add paneer pieces.

  3. 3

    When milk reduce half

  4. 4

    Take 1/4cup cold milk add custard powder mix well pour in hot milk.

  5. 5

    Turn off gas.

  6. 6

    When kheer is little warm put it in freeze.

  7. 7

    Enjoy yummy kheer.
