At first, wash the potato and beans properly. Then potato cut in cubes and beans cut in length shape. Then dip in clean water.

Take a kadhai add oil. Let it heat then add asafoetida, cumin seeds and turmeric powder. Stir it then add potato and beans. Mix it well for few seconds. Add salt and mix properly.

Add water and cover it and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame. Mix it and add all spices one by one.

Mix everything well. Beans Sabji is ready now. Enjoy with roti, paratha and puri....😋😋
