Firstly, assemble all the required ingredients. Remove the outer part of the roasted gram.

Add the roasted chana to a blender and grind it to get powdered roasted gram. Measure a cup and set it aside.

In a mixing bowl, add the ghee and the powdered sugar.

Mix it well until fluffy and smooth.

Finally, add the powdered roasted chana and mix it well with your hand. Then knead it into a soft dough. Add more ghee, if required.
