  1. 1/4 cupSemi Solid Ghee
  2. 1/2 cupPowdered Sugar
  3. 2 tbspCoarsely Ground Almonds
  4. Crushed Cardamom (Pinch)
  5. 1 cupPowdered Roasted Gram
  6. For Garnish:
  7. Sliced Almonds
  8. StrandsSaffron
  9. Ground Almonds

    Firstly, assemble all the required ingredients. Remove the outer part of the roasted gram.

    Add the roasted chana to a blender and grind it to get powdered roasted gram. Measure a cup and set it aside.

    Add the sugar to a blender and grind it to get powdered sugar. Measure half a cup and set it aside.

    In a mixing bowl, add the ghee and the powdered sugar.

    Mix it well until fluffy and smooth.

    Add the coarsely ground almonds and mix it well.

    Add the crushed cardamom and mix it well.

    Finally, add the powdered roasted chana and mix it well with your hand. Then knead it into a soft dough. Add more ghee, if required.

    Pick a small portion of the dough. Roll it into a ball. Press it gently using a fork. Garnish it with sliced almond, saffron strand and ground almond.
