Wash thoroughly horse gram dal and soak seperately for at least 8 hours and chanda dal for 2 hours. Grind both dal in mixer jar without water.
Keep aside 1 tbsp soaked chanadal. - 2
Transfer in a bowl, add soaked chana dal, chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, hing, jeera, chopped curry leaves, coriander, ginger, chilli, garlic padte, and lemon juice. Combine well.

Make equal size of balls. Press and flat it to give shape. Heat a kadai, add oil. Deep fry vada till turns crispy and golden yellow colour.

Serve hot with red chilli garlic chutney, coriander mint green chilli chutney, and tomato ketchup.. Enjoy..
