After picking out stones&dirt from beans, sterilize it,then soak in water for 20 mins, drain,wet aside
Also debone sardines,set aside - 2
Now,add pepper types,onions wedges,peeled ginger all sterilized to beans &blend in a mill till smooth & fluffy

Next,add seasoning, oil, sardine crayfish Powder,stir well with a spatula,add hot water,but by bit just to loosen it up to a thick,smooth and fluffy texture
Taste to adjust with lil salt and/or any ingredient of choice,mix well - 5
Grease moi moi cup with oil,if using pouch,fill up 3/4,same with cup with beans dough

Add water to a bug pot,bring to boil,put them in seal pouch well,you may cover cups,then cover pit well,cook max 1 Hr 30mins or till tooth puck inserted comes out clean from cup

Plate& enjoy with pap,garri or as desired
