Steps

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Heat gently and remove from heat just before it starts to boil.

Thread your choice of ingredients onto skewers. Dip each skewer into the batter (see Batter ID 21647502), then coat with fine breadcrumbs and fry.

Fry at 340°F (170°C) until golden brown and the ingredients are cooked through.

Enjoy with sauce, lemon, or kushikatsu dipping sauce, depending on your preference.
