Steps

First take a pan heat 1 tbsp refined oil and heat it then put chopped onion
Onion turn light pink add chopped garlic
Then put boiled potato and mashed it and mix it
Then put bhaja masala powder and salt(as per taste)
Mix it very well
Then turn off flame and take rest for cool the potato mixture - 2
FOR GREEN CHUTNEY
Take a mixture grinder put mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted peanuts and cumin seeds, green chili, ginger, salt, sugar & some water
And grind it very well until it texture was smooth - 3
NOW
Take 3 piece bread spread butter,
Then spread mint chutney of one slice, then spread tomato ketchup another slice
On mint chutney spread bread put slice cucumber, onion, tomato, beetroot, capsicum then sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, sandwich mixture powder cover another bread slice and that bread slice spread tomato ketchup on it and spread potato mixture evenly then sprinkle oregano,chilli flakes, black pepper powder, sandwich mixture masala and grated some cheese - 4
Then cover it 3rd one bread slice and heat a pan or sandwich griller put some butter and grill it low flame until it golden in both sides

Take of the sandwich into pan and cut it
And served it with mint chutney and tomato ketchup
