Take all the ingredients ready. Heat the milk on medium flame. When the milk is boiled keep boiling for 4 minutes.

Smash the rice and add in the milk.Mix well and stir continuously till 2 minutes on slow flame. Switch off the flame.

Add the Rooh Afza and Gulkand.Mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of dryfruit pieces, elaichi powder and mix it.

ROOH AFZA RICE KHEER
is ready for serve. Garnish with dryfruit pieces and serve with lunch.
