Ingredients

  • 200 gmsPaneer cubes
  • 7-8Whole red chilli
  • 3 tbspCorn flour
  • 2 tbspAll-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspFinely chopped garlic
  • 1 tspFinely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cupFinely chopped onion
  • 1 tspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspTomato sauce
  • 3-4Green chilli cut in slit
  • 1/2 cupOil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Deseed the red chilli and soak in a warm water for half an hour and make a paste
    Marinate paneer with corn flour,all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper little amount of water to make thick batter.

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes and strain it.
    Again heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add ginger garlic and saute for one mins now add onion and saute until transparent

  3. 3

    Add red chilli paste and mix well,add soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix well
    Add salt and sugar and mix

    Add paneer cubes and cook for five mins,turn off the flame
    Serve hot with fried rice or chowmein
