Deseed the red chilli and soak in a warm water for half an hour and make a paste
Marinate paneer with corn flour,all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper little amount of water to make thick batter. - 2
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated paneer cubes and strain it.
Again heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add ginger garlic and saute for one mins now add onion and saute until transparent - 3
Add red chilli paste and mix well,add soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix well
Add salt and sugar and mix - 4
Add paneer cubes and cook for five mins,turn off the flame
Serve hot with fried rice or chowmein
