Grape Leaf Fatteh
A new and different twist with an incredibly delicious taste.
Steps

Boil the grape leaves in salted water with a squeeze of lemon, then drain.

Mix the filling ingredients together.

Stuff the grape leaves with the filling, shaping them into balls instead of rolls. Arrange them in a pot lined with carrot and onion slices, and squeeze a lemon over them.

Pour broth over the grape leaves and cook on the stove until the liquid is absorbed.

Mix the pita bread with garlic, ghee, and a pinch of pepper, then toast in the oven.

Mix the sauce ingredients together.

Layer the toasted bread, then the grape leaves on top, pour the sauce over, and garnish with parsley leaves and roasted peanuts.
