Mix the ground beef with 1 tablespoon each of lemon garlic powder, sugar, BBQ seasoning, and olive oil until well combined. Wash the betel leaves and pat them dry. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each leaf, roll it up, and tuck in the ends to keep them from opening.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the rolls seam side down in the hot oil so the seam seals. Fry until both sides are evenly browned and the beef is cooked through.

Serve with rice paper, fresh herbs, and dipping sauce, or enjoy as an appetizer with wine.
