Ingredients

25 minutes
4 persons
  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupchopped mint leaves
  3. 1 cupchopped mint leaves
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/2 tspnigelia seeds (kalonji)
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ghee for cooking paratha

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in wheat flour and knead medium soft dough.

    Divide the dough into equal parts, take one and roll it. Apply oil over it and sprinkle dry flour. Now start pleating like fan from one end to other and roll it in a spiral. Now again roll the paratha with light hand.

    On a heated skillet, first cook little without ghee from both sides.Then apply ghee and cook from both sides.

    Serve hot.

    Note:
    1. You can mix various spices and sprinkle along with flour before start pleating.
    2. You can cut strips by keeping ends intact and then also pleat.
