Ingredients

  • 1 bunchbaby spinach (cut)
  • 1small amount of frozen corn (thawed in water)
  • 1small amount of frozen edamame (thawed in water and shelled)
  • 1small amount of daikon radish peel (julienned)
  • 1small amount of plum ponzu dressing (mix mashed pickled plum with ponzu sauce)
  • 1 pinchwhite sesame seeds
  • 1small amount of grape tomatoes (halved lengthwise)

Steps

    Toss the baby spinach, corn, edamame, and daikon peel with the plum ponzu dressing. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Add grape tomatoes on the side.

    Serve this plum ponzu salad as a side with stir-fried beef and Japanese yam for dinner.
