  • 1 Tmayonnaise
  • 1 tgochujang
  • 1 Tchopped onion
  • 3Crab sticks (Fake crab)cut into 1cm
  • 45 gmix cheese
  • garnish
  • Korean seaweed
  • Threaded chili peppers
  • Green onion(Spring onion)

    Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms

    Mix the mayonnaise and gochujang well, then add the finely chopped onion and crab sticks cut into 1cm pieces and shredded, and mix well.

    Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture, top with cheese and grill or toast until golden brown.
