Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms

Mix the mayonnaise and gochujang well, then add the finely chopped onion and crab sticks cut into 1cm pieces and shredded, and mix well.

Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture, top with cheese and grill or toast until golden brown.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with Korean seaweed, chili threads, and green onions.
