Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add fish pcs, haldi powder & salt, mix it well, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Fry fish pcs in batches until brown, do not overcook it, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Now add tejpatta in the same wok (you can reduce or increase the quantity of oil as per your choice), saute it for a sec.

In goes onion paste, mix it well, add ginger garlic paste, sprinkle lil water, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Now add salt, haldi powder, dhania powder & green chilli paste, mix it well, add very lil water, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Whisk dahi, add in the masala, also add coconut paste, mix it well, stir fry it until oil has surfaced.

In goes kashmiri red chilli powder & garam masala powder, mix it well, cook it for a minute.

Now add fried fish pcs, gently mix it, cook it for a minute. In goes fresh cream, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.

Add in 1 cup hot water, mix it well, give a boil. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till gravy becomes saucy.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta. Remove tejpatta while serving...
