Start by cutting your pork belly into strips and placing it in your steamer basket. Steam it for at least 45 minutes. While you are waiting, go ahead and cut your tofu into thick strips and spray it with cooking oil then place it in your air fryer basket. Air fry it on 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and set it aside. When the pork belly is done steaming, add it to the bowl and marinade for about 20 minutes. While you are waiting prepare your sauce by combining all the ingredients in a large bowl and set it aside.

When the tofu is done, let it cool, then when the pork belly is done, cut it in smaller bite size strips and set it aside. Take your cooled tofu and cut it in bite size diced pieces. Add the pork belly and tofu in your prepared sauce and mix it together.
