In a bowl take curd add little water and whisk. add chia seeds then mix well. keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Take out the bowl add pears chunk,flax seeds and mix nicely.

Add salt and cumin powder. mix again.
take a tadka pan add ghee then add mustard seeds, slit green chillies and curry leaves. when they splutter turn off the flame and pour this tadka on the prepared curd. - 4
Now enjoy the calcium rich healthy bowl of curd.
