  1. 3/4 cupsinghara atta
  2. 1/2 cupghee
  3. 1/2cup sugar
  4. 1 cuphot milk
  5. 1/2 cup dry grated coconut
  6. 2 tsp chopped almonds
  7. 2 tsp chopped cashew nuts
  8. 2tsp chopped pistachios
  9. 2 tsp chopped walnuts
  10. 2 tsp raisins
  11. 2 tsp cardamom powder

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a kadai, add singhara atta, roast for 5 to 6 minutes,.

    When it becomes golden brown, add hot milk, mix it well.(You can use hot water).

    Add sugar, give a nice mix till the mixture stops sticking to the kadai

    Sugar dissolves, add grated coconut, chopped almonds, cashew nuts, walnuts, pistachios and raisins.

    Add cardamom powder, mixwell
